Refund policy

I don't like my purchase

If your product is damaged or faulty, we will replace it for you.

When you go through the return process (see below), please tell us why you want to return, so we can see if there are ways we can improve.

 

I would like to make a return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase...

  • you have 28 days to return your items, from the day that you received them.
  • all items MUST be in a re-sellable condition unless they were faulty when you first received them.
  • all items must be returned in their original packaging with all the tags still attached.
  • if we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject returned items.


Please note, we do NOT cover the cost of the return of your items, unless they are faulty, in which case this will need to be approved by our Customer Service team first (contact@mkklion.com).

 

How do I return an item?

If you would like to organise a return please follow the steps below:

Repack your items:

  • Put the product(s) back into their original packaging as best as you can. We understand that plastic and cardboard packaging might have been ripped when opening the products. That's OK.
  • Ensure that your items are in their original packaging.
  • Ensure all the tags are still attached.

Email us at contact@mkklion.com that you want to make a return.

  • Include your order number on the email.
  • Briefly describe why you want to return the item(s), so we can learn anything to improve our service.
  • If you can add any photos to the email to help show what's wrong.
  • Our Customer Services will respond to your request, and if the return is accepted, they will tell yo to return the item(s).

Please note

  • we do not cover the cost of the return of your items, unless they are faulty.
  • ensure you keep any proof of postage for any order you return to us.
  • when we receive your return, we will process your refund, back to the original payment method that you used.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank/payment statement. We will process your refund quickly, but we are at the mercy of banks and how long they take to process transfers. Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method you used.

 

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at contact@mkklion.com as soon as possible with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue and
  • photographic evidence.

We will endeavour to resolve the problem to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please do not return any faulty items until Customer Services have confirmed the return will be accepted.
